Findwell

Find what your community qualifies for.

Public funding and resources exist for the people who need them. The problem is finding them. They are scattered across federal agencies, state programs, and private foundations, written in language built for grant departments that most small, rural, and volunteer organizations do not have.

Findwell gathers those programs into one place, in plain language, organized by who you are and what you need. You see what fits: what it funds, who qualifies, how to apply, and an honest note when a program is a poor fit. Findwell reads a verified library of real programs. It does not make funding information up.

Findwell started with a coop fire and the volunteer crew that saved our home in under ten minutes. I went looking for how to help them and found that the funding they need is real, and almost impossible to find. So I built this. Read the whole story

The first library serves emergency services: fire, EMS, law enforcement, and 911 and emergency management. More communities are coming. See how Findwell grows.

Knowledge that helps people should be free to reach. Findwell is free to use, with no account, no paywall, and no catch. The tool and its verified library are open to everyone, and always will be.
